Marianne is originally from Valley Cottage, New York and is licensed in New York and Florida which affords her the opportunity to connect the north with the PARADISE of south west florida. Marianne has 35 years of Real Estate experience, which includes developing a new subdivsion of homes in Valley Cottage, N.Y., owner Broker of her own Real Estate Co. for 15 years. In addition, Marianne received national and state multi-million dollar sales awards and ranked in the top 3% of all Realtors while affiliated with two leading franchise companies. As part of her listing services, she assists in enhancing properties by suggesting staging techniques which will yield a beneficial return.

Marianne and her husband are members of the Sanibel/Captiva power squadron and active members of the Sanibel Harbour Yacht Club where they enjoy boating. She enjoys spending time with her 3 children and five grandchildren.
